Aug. 26—The Toledo General public Universities Foundation declared Wednesday it is starting off a $1.5 million community marketing campaign to fund university student college and profession-readiness initiatives, and many thanks to an Owens Corning Foundation donation, that objective is just about midway fulfilled by now.
